The service of Dental Implant Agency consists exclusively of arranging organisational services (travel booking, hotel reservation, scheduling appointments with the clinic). Dental Implant Agency is not a tour operator. Separate contracts are concluded with the tour operator, the airline, the hotel and the clinic.
Dental Implant Agency acts only as an intermediary between the clinic and the customer. Contracts for medical treatment are concluded directly between the customer and the clinic. Dental Implant Agency therefore accepts no liability for claims relating to the clinic's treatment and in particular for treatment errors.
The operation, medical pre- and post-treatment and any other medical ancillary services are third-party services of the clinic that are only arranged by Dental Implant Agency.
Information such as prices, travel times etc. is based exclusively on information from the responsible service providers. The provision of the arranged service itself is not part of Dental Implant Agency's contractual obligations. Dental Implant Agency is therefore not liable for the proper performance of services by the service provider.
