2. Overview
This website uses no cookies, no analytics or tracking tools, no advertising networks and no embedded third-party content (such as videos or maps). Fonts and images are served from our own web storage – simply visiting the website does not transfer any data to Google or other third parties.
We only process personal data where this is technically necessary to provide the website or where you provide it to us yourself (e.g. when sending an enquiry).
So that you can decide which services are loaded, the website asks for your consent on your first visit (notice banner, in German/English). You can “accept all”, choose “essential only”, or set your selection in detail.
We store your decision locally in your browser only (localStorage, entry “dia-consent-v1”). This does not set a cookie and does not trigger any data transfer to third parties. You can change or withdraw your selection at any time using the “Cookie settings” link in the footer of every page; deleting the website data saved in your browser also removes your selection, in which case the website will ask again.
Optional services (statistics, embedded maps or videos, advertising) are loaded only if you have agreed. At the moment none of these services is active.
3. Hosting and server log files
This website is operated on our own server with cPanel/Apache. When pages are accessed, technically necessary data is processed: IP address, date and time of access, page requested, referrer URL, browser type and operating system.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in secure and stable provision of the website). The data is not combined with other data sources and is deleted automatically after a short period.
4. Contact and enquiry form
If you contact us via the form, email, phone or WhatsApp, we process your details (name, email, phone number, requested treatment, message and, where applicable, photos or X-rays) to answer your enquiry and prepare a treatment plan.
The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR (pre-contractual measures). Where you share health data with us (e.g. X-rays, findings), we process it exclusively on the basis of your explicit consent under Art. 9(2)(a) GDPR, which you give in the form. You can withdraw your consent at any time with effect for the future, e.g. by email.
The enquiry form sends your details by email to info@dentalimplantagency.com. That email is stored so that we can handle your enquiry; nothing is entered into a database, and no tracking or sharing with third parties takes place. WhatsApp remains available as an additional, voluntary contact channel.
We delete your data once your enquiry has been fully dealt with, unless statutory retention obligations apply.
5. WhatsApp
We offer WhatsApp for communication, a service of WhatsApp Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland (part of Meta). If you message us on WhatsApp, your phone number, messages and metadata are processed by WhatsApp; a transfer to the USA cannot be ruled out (basis: EU-US Data Privacy Framework). Using WhatsApp is voluntary – you can also reach us by email or phone.

6. Sharing with partner clinics
If you would like a quote or treatment, we pass the necessary details on to the partner clinic in Turkey you have chosen. Turkey is a third country without an EU adequacy decision. The transfer is based on your explicit consent (Art. 49(1)(a) GDPR) or because it is necessary to carry out the arrangement you requested (Art. 49(1)(b) GDPR). There is a risk that Turkey does not guarantee a level of data protection comparable to the EU.
7. Links to other websites
Our website contains links to external sites (e.g. Facebook, X/Twitter, ozanguner.eu, Google Maps). Data is only transferred to the respective provider once you click a link; their privacy policy then applies.
8. Your rights
You have the right at any time to access (Art. 15 GDPR), rectification (Art. 16), erasure (Art. 17), restriction of processing (Art. 18), data portability (Art. 20) and to object to processing based on legitimate interests (Art. 21). You can withdraw any consent at any time (Art. 7(3)). An informal message to info@dentalimplantagency.com is sufficient.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a data protection supervisory authority, in particular in the EU member state where you live.
